Just Breathe......
Have you ever had one of those days when you just can't seem to catch your breath or find a moment to sit and regroup? I'm having an entire week like that. I have to tell myself to take deep breaths every chance I can or to take some long, slow, yogic inhalations just to bring my sanity back...even if it's only temporary. Sometimes I wonder why we push ourselves so hard each day and whether it is worth it for our minds and our bodies. Are we doing it for ourselves, our egos, or for somebody else to notice and appreciate us? Wow. These are deep thoughts and I have no answers to offer...
