Still a work in progress, but I'm really enjoying some of the textures that are showing in this journal spread. Also, I really like the "painterly" quality of it. Not sure why I attached the wings to the front of the "ballet angels," but the oddness of it is kind of growing on me. Still lots to do...

| I created this spread using a combination of acrylic paint, permanent marker, black masking tape, and some scraping tools for adding texture. |

| I used a paper towel to blot away a small puddle of paint above the angel on the left and it created a lovely little spot of patterned texture. |

| I'll most likely be adding some kind of writing over the tape. |

| As the liquid acrylic dried it beaded up in places. Love it! |
