Arching Oaks is thrilled to welcome "El Happy Coach," Roberto Suarez who will be facilitating BreathPlay Yoga classes on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings in the dojo.  Join us for an Open House on November 7th from 4-6 PM to learn more about the offerings.  Roberto is also offering a free class on Nov. 5th from 10:30-11:45 am so you can experience the benefits of BreathPlay Yoga firsthand.  Regular class sessions begin Tuesday, November 10th.  Here's what it's all about!  

BreathPlay Yoga

75-Min Breath and Yoga Class to Wake Up, Let Go and Take Charge of Your Mind, Body & Spirit.  You will explore how the Breath can guide you in attaining peak performance, optimum health and full potential. The Yoga sequence will combine strength, flexibility and stamina to support you in a complete practice.

This BreathPlay class will give you tools to achieve benefits in a wide range of issues including; managing pain, helping with insomnia, weight loss, attention deficit, anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief; improving intuition, creativity, mindfulness, self-esteem, leadership and more.  And simply, you will create more: Awareness, Relaxation, Energy, Meditation, Movement and Manifestation.
